To place an order, click on the "Buy" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 1-512-762-6478. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.

We accept PayPal. We only accept United States currency. PayPal payment must be sent at the time of purchase.

For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table above.

* We offer Free Standard Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States on orders over $99.00 (does not include any applicable sales tax). These items can ship to all APO/FPO addresses. Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments.

* Free shipping does not apply to Expedited orders. If you choose to ship the item via Expedited please contact us for the quote and you will submitted a payment request via Paypal for the extra shipping once your order is received.

* Free Standard Shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Territories, Canada and other International destinations.

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Items Shipped Directly from the Manufacturer [back to top]

* Select items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are noted in the product descriptions.

* If you place an order for an item that ships directly from a manufacturer and have other items in your shopping cart that are shipped from our warehouse please note that these items will ship separately and may arrive at different times.

Backordered Items [back to top]

 * Backordered items in your order will ship automatically once they are back in stock.

* There are no additional shipping and handling costs for backordered items.

Canadian Shipments [back to top]

We ship to Canada via US Postal Service and are subject to GST, PST, brokerage fees, and shipping rates based on weight and destination.

    * Orders sent to Canada are not available for Express shipping (2nd Day or Next Day Air).

International Shipments [back to top]

We ship to International Destinations via FedEx International.

    * International Orders must meet a minimum of $25.00 USD.

    * A shipping rate will NOT display on your order. You will be emailed by customer service the next business day with a shipping rate for your approval prior to shipping.

    * Shipping rates are based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

    * Any additional international duties and fees are the customer's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

I think my shipment was lost. What do I do? [back to top]

If you did not receive your shipment, we can help. Please contact our customer service department with your order number so we may assist you in tracking your package.

Refusal of Delivery [back to top]

* At the time of delivery if an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs back to ChildToGo.com as well as the original shipping charges. Please see our Returns and Exchanges page for more information.

Incorrect Shipping Information [back to top]

* If a package is returned to ChildToGo.com or delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

* If the package included a free ground shipping item, or if a free shipping coupon or promotion was applied, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and full redelivery costs.

Weather Related Delays [back to top]

    * We cannot guarantee USPS or FedEx delivery times or be held responsible for reimbursement of shipping charges due to weather related conditions.

Christmas Shipping Deadlines [back to top]

    * FedEx Ground - Orders within the 48 contiguous states must be received by Monday, Dec. 14, 12:00 Midnight EST.

    * USPS - P.O. Boxes and Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all US Territories - Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all US Territories must be received by Monday, Dec 14 12:00 Midnight EST.

    * USPS - Military Addresses (APO/FPO) - Orders must be received by Monday, Dec 14 12:00 Midnight EST. We cannot guarantee delivery for military addresses with International destinations. Feel free to contact our customer service department for more information.

    * Canada - Orders to Canada must be received by Wednesday, Dec. 9, 12:00 Midnight EST.

    * International Destinations - Although there is a chance you may still receive your order in time for Christmas if placed by Wednesday, Dec. 2 12:00 Midnight EST., we cannot guarantee delivery for International orders. Feel free to contact our customer service department for more information.

What if I received a damaged item? [back to top]

If you received a damaged, item, we can help. Please contact our customer service department via email or phone for assistance and we will do our best to correct the problem. Be sure to have your order number on hand.

How can I return something? [back to top]

Any unused/unwashed/undamaged/unsoiled merchandise may be returned for any reason within 2 weeks of purchase. Please note that return shipping will not be refunded and there is a 15% restocking fee. Custom items based on sizing or specific appliqu?? or fabric requests, seconds, and sale items may not be returned. Defective products will be dealt with on an individual basis. Defective products must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase. If a defective item is returned for repair or refund, I will happily cover return shipping. These policies only apply to the original purchaser. Not following our washing/care instructions will void returns and repairs. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or other payment method used for the order (check, Paypal, or wire transfer). If your purchase was paid for with a gift certificate you will be issued a store credit. Please contact us PRIOR to returning for information and approval.
